Sometimes, the best dinner is the one you don't have to cook. This is the essence of Girl Dinner. You can't go wrong with a plate of fresh fruits, nuts, pretzels, meats, and cheeses.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb meat (pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, or other deli meats)
  • 2-3 lbs fruit (berries and grapes, or other chopped fruits)
  • 1/2-1 lb dried fruit (craisins, raisins, or anything else you prefer)
  • 1-2 lb cheese (we used a variety platter, but use what you like best!)
  • 1/2 lb pretzels (or crackers)
  • 8 oz olives (because Olivia likes them. buhhhh)
  • 8 oz mixed nuts

Notes

The beauty of this recipe is that you can use whatever ingredients you have on hand. And, it's 100% customizable to suit what you like best.
