Piled high with fresh fruit and crunchy granola, this Greek Yogurt Bowl is super easy to make and an absolute treat to eat.

Greek Yogurt Bowl
The yogurt’s texture is so creamy and smooth, while the granola is crunchy and crumbly. And if you mix it with the bold, bright flavor of the strawberries and tie it all together by a drizzle of extra sweet but subtle honey.
When I took my first bite, the flavor of the yogurt was what hit me before anything else. Because it was plain Greek yogurt instead of my preferred vanilla, it was more sour than I was expecting.
But before that got overwhelming , I tasted the granola, which started to balance out the flavors of sour and sweet. The combination of the chocolatey granola and the bold, bittersweet yogurt is what makes this dish good.

The quality of add ins is a big thing for me. So, when I don’t have my favorite options, I can start to get discouraged. But, I have learned a trick after making this dish so many times: Adding some honey usually makes up for less than perfect berries.
This is an old favorite of mine, commonly made as a protein filled lunch or snack in my house. I always love to see it on the menu when it comes to quick and easy meals. Customizability is one of my favorite features about food like this.

Dad’s Notes
As with most of the good recipes in my life, I learned this combination from my sister. This dish is a powerhouse in our rotation, packed with protein and fiber.
We customize it with whatever fruit we have on hand. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries make a regular appearance. But, my favorite way to eat it is with a ripe, juicy peach. Heaven.
I love plain Greek yogurt. Anything else is too sweet. But, Olivia satisfies her sweet tooth with vanilla flavored Greek yogurt.
You can boost the sweetness even more with honey, or add chocolate or caramel syrup. You can also toss in a spoonful of chia seeds for more fiber. It’s such a versatile dish.
